Valentine’s Day Ideas For Him

While Valentine’s Day is just another day for some, I never want to miss an opportunity to go above and beyond to express my love for Robert. And V-Day is a great excuse to do just a little bit more.

Contrary to popular belief, men want good, meaningful Valentine’s Day gifts too! And I’m not just talking about sex. Although, he definitely wants that as well. When thinking about what to get a man for Valentine’s Day, it can be a little daunting. If he doesn’t tell you exactly what he wants, that can leave you scrambling up to the last minute. So, let’s step up our game, and think about something he can use rather than something you’d like for him to have. That’s just another gift for you LOL.

In my experience, a good gift for your guy goes beyond flowers, cards, and candy, and they are usually more expensive. As ladies, we want a gift that was thought out and from the heart, not a household item or something like that. We want something just for us, and so does he! (But if your guy is into cleaning, then a cool vacuum cleaner might be a perfect gift.)

I’ve compiled a short list here of ideas and suggestions with some links included. You know your man better than anyone, so just keep his wants and needs in mind when picking out a gift.

If He Love His Car Almost More Than You
Try having it detailed for him. Or pick out some cool car gadgets like the Echo Auto (Alexa for the car), a car vacuum cleaner, or some really neat LED car cup holder lights.

If He’s Into Wines or Liquors As Much As He’s Into You
Get him a more expensive or harder to find bottle of whatever he normally drinks. Or try some cool barware or ice molds.

If He Enjoys the Occasional Cigar Almost As Much As He Enjoys You
Don’t put any pressure on yourself to pick out a good cigar unless you already know what he likes. Instead, let him try out a cigar subscription box or a cigar accessory kit.

If He’s a Grill Master or Pit Master and Your Heart Master
Try out one of these Man Crates, a funny apron, or some grill lights for grilling after dark.

If He’s a Gamer But Doesn’t Play With Your Emotions
Get him a new or updated game. Or look into an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PlayStation Plus 12 month membership. Most consoles offer some type of monthly membership or service.

If He’s Into Learning New Things and Trying Them With You
Try a Masterclass subscription or a virtual cooking class together.

If He’s Into Gadgets As Much As He’s Into You
A nice 3-in-1 wireless charging station for Apple or Android products looks great on a desk or nightstand.
This bluetooth, multi color LED light & smart music bulb is sure the get the vibe just right for Valentine’s Night.

Of course a gift card is a great idea. You could always buy some new lingerie, and put on a good show. Whatever you decide, let’s just do better than socks and undies this year! Unless that’s what he asked for…
